染整技术与面料开发创新

摘　　要：科学技术是第一生产力。面料开发离不开材质的选择、组织结构的设计,但面料附加值的提升更多是要通过染整工艺技术来实现,尤其是对于功能性面料的开发,后整理是重中之重。本期特稿邀请专家型的印染企业高管乐德忠先生系统介绍了染整技术运用与面料开发的关系,通过丰富的案例阐述了染整技术与产品创新思路,并从运营管理的角度对面料开发创新提出了真知灼见。Science and technology are the primary productive forces.Fabric development is inseparable from the selection of materials and the design of texture.However,the improvement of fabric’s value added relies mainly on dyeing and finishing technology,and this is especially true for the development of functional fabric.In this special issue,Mr.Le Dezhong,senior executive of a dyeing and printing enterprise,is invited to introduce the relation between the application of dyeing and finishing technology and fabric development,share his ideas on dyeing and finishing technology and product innovation based on rich cases,and present his incisive views on fabric development from the perspective operation management.
