摘 要:针对涤纶织物和锦纶织物的防水抗静电整理,文章使用抗静电剂DM-3724和防水剂9033对织物进行同浴防水抗静电整理,探讨防水效果和抗静电效果的相互影响。实验表明,随着抗静电剂用量的增加,防水效果有变差的趋势,而且在涤纶织物上的表现更为明显;另一方面,随着防水剂用量的增加,涤纶织物的抗静电效果逐渐提升,而锦纶织物的抗静电效果逐渐下降。通过调整防水剂和抗静电剂用量,可以赋予织物良好的防水和抗静电效果,实现防水抗静电同浴整理。This paper discusses the water-repellent and anti-static finish of polyester fabrics and polyamide fabrics.The fabrics were finished by using antistatic agent DM-3724 and waterproof agent 9033 in one bath and the interplay between waterproof effect and antistatic effect was investigated.The test results show that the waterproof effect tends to be weak with the increase of dosage of antistatic agent,especially occurs in polyester fabrics;on the other hand,with the increase of dosage of waterproof agent,the antistatic effect of polyester fabrics gradually improved,while the polyamide fabrics was opposite.Water-repellent and antistatic one-bath process could endow the fabrics with good waterproof effect and antistatic effect,through adjusting dosage of the agents.
