摘 要:为了满足新一代高速织机的经纱动态张力控制要求,文章研究了动态张力控制系统中的主动式机电集成后梁的设计与优化。文章在分析以凸轮机构的扭转改变经纱轨迹为基本原理和经纱形变的补偿量基础上,给出了主动后梁的设计模型;为降低能耗、节约制造成本,以最小系统转动惯量为优化目标,采用迭代计算方法,给出了主动式后梁结构的优化计算结果;最后,利用ANSYS对后梁的强度进行了验算,计算结果表明优化计算结果满足预定要求。To satisfy the control requirement of warp dynamic tension for new generation of high-speed looms,this paper studies the optimal design for the active electromechanical integrated loom back rest of dynamic tension control system.To this end,this paper presents a design model of active back-rest,which is developed based on the basic principle of changing warp trajectory with the torque of cam mechanism and the compensation of warp deformation.Minimizing the system’s movement of inertia is treated as the optimization objective,so as to reduce energy consumption and save manufacturing cost.The iterative calculation method is used to calculate the optimization results of the active back-rest and ANSYS to measure the tenacity of the back-rest.Results indicate that the optimization results fulfilled the predetermined requirements.
