摘 要:通过分析GB/T 28799—2012《冷热水用耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT)管道系统》,研究了Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型PE-RT管材应用领域。应用于供60℃热水、地板下供热和低温暖气时,Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型PE-RT管材均满足使用要求;应用于供70℃热水和较高温暖气时,Ⅱ型PE-RT管材的耐长期静液压强度突出,显著优于Ⅰ型管材。结合凝胶渗透色谱、毛细管流变及密炼等表征4种市售典型PE-RT的结构及加工性能,分析影响Ⅱ型PE-RT管材耐热性能的原因。结果表明:Ⅱ型管材专用PE-RT的熔体流动速率较低,密度和拉伸屈服应力较高,相对分子质量分布较宽,有较明显的大分子拖尾,其熔体强度较高,对剪切速率更敏感,适合生产大口径的管材。The application field of polyethylene raised temperature(PE-RT)typeⅠand typeⅡpipes is investigated by analysis to GB/T 28799-2012,PE-RT pipe system for cold and hot water.PE-RT typeⅠand typeⅡpipes are used to meet the requirements of hot water supply at 60℃,under floor heating system,and low temperature water heating system.TypeⅡpipes are preferabe to hot water supply at 70℃and high temperature water heating system due to its resistance to long-term hydrostatic strength,which is significantly superior to the typeⅠ.The structure and processing performances of four market available PE-RT materials were characterized by gel permeation chromatograph,capillary rheology and mixer.The factors contributing to heat resistance of TypeⅡpipes were analyzed.The results show that PE-RT typeⅡhas low melt flow rate,higher melt strength,density and tensile yield stress as well as wider molecular weight distribution.The large molecule tail is obvious in the structure,it is more sensitive to shear rate and suitable for machining large diameter pipes.
