摘　　要：分析了3种高强度1-己烯共聚线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)与1-丁烯共聚LLDPE的结构与性能。结果表明:进口的1-己烯共聚LLDPE与1-丁烯共聚LLDPE的熔点与结晶测试结果相近,但国产1-己烯共聚LLDPE的熔点与结晶度高于1-丁烯共聚LLDPE;1-己烯共聚LLDPE的相对分子质量高于1-丁烯共聚LLDPE;1-己烯共聚LLDPE的球晶尺寸大于1-丁烯共聚LLDPE;1-己烯共聚LLDPE的力学性能优于1-丁烯共聚LLDPE,国产1-己烯共聚LLDPE DFDA-7028由于共聚单体含量高,因此力学性能优于其他高强度1-己烯共聚LLDPE。The structure and properties of three high strength linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)/1-hexene copolymers and LLDPE/1-butene copolymers were investigated.The results show that the melting points and crystallization test results of imported LLDPE/1-hexene are similar with those of LLDPE/1-butene copolymers,while those of domestic LLDPE/1-hexene are higher than those of LLDPE/1-butene copolymers.The relative molecular weight of 1-hexene/LLDPE copolymer is higher than that of LLDPE/1-butene copolymer.The spherulite size of 1-hexene/LLDPE is greater than that of LLDPE/1-butene copolymer.The 1-hexene/LLDPE performs better in the mechanical properties,furthermore,domestic 1-hexene/LLDPE,DFDA-7028,has better mechanical properties than other high strength 1-hexene/LLDPE thanks to high comonomer content.
