摘 要:采用激光粒径分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对自制茂金属催化剂(记作CAT-1)和进口茂金属催化剂(记作CAT-2)的粒径分布、微观形貌、活性金属元素分布进行了表征,并研究了催化剂的动力学行为、氢调性能及共聚合性能。结果表明:与CAT-2相比,CAT-1的粒径较小,粒径分布更集中;CAT-2的氢调敏感性优于CAT-1;聚合物的密度随着共聚单体加入量的增加而逐渐下降,说明CAT-1和CAT-2均具有较好的共聚合性能。The particle size distribution,micromorphology and element distribution of reactive metals of the homemade metallocene catalyst CAT-1 and the imported CAT-2 were characterized by laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The dynamic activity,hydrogen sensitivity and the copolymerization performance of the catalysts were observed as well.The results show that the particle size of CAT-1 catalyst is smaller and its particle size distribution is more centralized compared with CAT-2 catalyst.The hydrogen sensitivity of CAT-2 catalyst is better than that of CAT-2 catalyst.The density of the polymers decrease gradually with increase of the amount of comonomers,which shows the outstanding performance of CAT-1 and CAT-2 in copolymerization.
