摘 要:基于40个SSR位点的分析,87份自交系划分4大群。其中,第Ⅰ群包括4小类,第1小类为Reid种群;第2小类包括郑58;第Ⅱ群分为2类,类2分为2组,其中一组属于Lancaster种群;第Ⅲ群是塘四平头群;第Ⅳ群可能是新的优势类群。以Reid×Lancaster杂优模式为例子,对强优势组合的亲本位点进行了比较,筛选出了有效母本自交系Z42和Z44,有效父本自交系Z13,Z14,Z15,Z16,Z17,Z18,Z19,Z30;对所有组合与对照品种的杂合位点数进行比较后,推荐了20个强优势组合供田间试验。Based on analysis of 40 SSR loci,87 maize inbreed lines were classed into 4 groups.Group 1 included 4 sub-groups.Sub-group 1 was Reid group and Sub-group 2 contained Zheng 58.Group 2 had two sub-groups,one of them was Lancaster group.Group 3 with Chang 7-2 was Tangsipingtou group.Group 4 might be a new group.Choosing Reid×Lancaster pattern as an example,effective female parent lines Z42 and Z44,male lines Z13,Z14,Z15,Z16,Z17,Z18,Z19,Z30 were selected based on comparison of SSR loci of parent lines.By comparison of heterozygous locus numbers of combination,20 cross combinations with strong heterosis were recommended to field test.
