摘  要:试验探究了不同浓度生根粉、枝条的不同部位、不同发育期枝条、不同基质等对地被菊扦插生根的影响。以地被菊品种乳荷为材料,分别观察0(CK),1,5 g/L不同质量浓度生根粉处理、不同部位枝条(上部、中部、下部)、不同发育期枝条(幼苗期脚芽、花蕾期枝条、末花期枝条)和不同配比基质处理下地被菊扦插苗的叶片数量、叶片长宽、根系长度、根的鲜质量和干质量及生根率。结果表明,1 g/L生根粉处理扦插苗的叶片长宽、根系长度、根鲜质量和干质量显著高于对照,生根率为95%;花蕾期不同部位枝条的扦插效果不同,下部枝条作插穗,生根率为95%,且显著高于枝条其他部位;以幼苗期脚芽为插穗,扦插苗的地上、地下部分生长量显著高于花蕾期和末花期的枝条作插穗,生根率达到100%;在不同基质配比中,营养土与蛭石配比为1∶1时,扦插苗的叶片数量、叶片长宽及根系长度显著高于其他基质配比。To explore the impact of several factors including different concentrations of rooting powder,different parts of branches,different developmental stages of branch cuttings and different matrix on rooting of ground-cover chrysanthemum cuttings,Ruhe in ground-cover chrysanthemum as experimental material was studied as the material in this experiment.By studying cuttage seedling leaves numbers,leaf length and width,root length,root fresh quality,dry quality and rooting rates of rooting of ground-cover chrysanthemum cuttings treated under different conditions,our experiment got several important results.The results showed that the leaf numbers,leaf length and width,root length,root fresh quality and dry quality of cuttage seedlings under 1 g/L rooting powder were significantly higher than the control under other concentrations of rooting powder,and the rooting rate was 95%when 1 g/L concentration of rooting powder was used.The cutting effect of the branches at different parts of the bud stage was different,as the rooting rate was 95%when the cuttings was done with lower branches,which was significantly higher than the other parts of the branches.The growth of shoots cuttings was significantly higher than that of buds and flowers,with the rooting rate reaching 100%.When the ratio of nutrient soil to vermiculite was 1∶1,the number of leaves,the length and width of the leaves,as well as the length of the root were significantly higher than that of other matrix.
