摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射治疗功能性不射精症的临床疗效。方法选取功能性不射精症患者,随机分为观察组30例、对照组28例。观察组应用阴茎震动刺激、口服左旋多巴以及肝俞、肾俞穴位注射疗法;对照组仅用阴茎震动刺激联合口服左旋多巴治疗;疗程30 d,观察治疗后两组功能性不射精症的改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为76.7%,对照组总有效率为50.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论穴位注射能提高功能性不射精症治疗有效率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection in treating functional anejaculation.Method Patients with functional anejaculation were recruited and randomized into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 28 cases.The observation group was intervened by vibration stimulation to penis and oral administration of Levodopa in combination with acupoint injection at Ganshu(BL18)and Shenshu(BL23);the control group was intervened by vibration stimulation to penis plus oral administration of Levodopa,both with 30 d as a course of treatment.After the intervention,the improvements in symptoms of functional anejaculation in the two groups were observed.Result After treatment,the effective rate was 76.7%in the observation group versus 50.0%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Acupoint injection can enhance the effective rate in the treatment of functional anejaculation.
