隔药饼灸配合肌肉能量技术治疗早期膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔药饼灸配合肌肉能量技术治疗阳虚寒湿型早期膝骨关节炎患者的疗效。方法纳入膝骨关节炎患者70例,按随机投掷硬币法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组32例患者接受肌肉能量技术治疗,治疗组38例患者接受隔药饼灸配合肌肉能量技术治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后JOA评分、VAS评分和临床疗效。结果对照组和治疗组患者治疗前JOA评分分别为(83.1±3.2)分和(82.5±4.4)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组和治疗组治疗后JOA评分分别为(89.6±2.5)分和(95.7±1.8)分,均高于治疗前,且治疗组相比对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前VAS评分分别为(4.8±0.5)分和(4.6±0.4)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组和治疗组治疗后VAS评分分别为(2.0±0.2)分和(1.1±0.3)分,均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组痊愈率为62.5%,显效率为28.1%,有效率为9.4%;治疗组痊愈率为81.6%,显效率为15.8%,有效率为2.6%;治疗组整体疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔药饼灸配合肌肉能量技术能够更好地缓解早期膝骨关节炎患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medicinal cake moxibustion plus muscle energy technique in treating early knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold-dampness type.Method Seventy patients were enrolled and allocated,by random coin tossing,to treatment and control groups.The control group of 32 patients received treatment with muscle energy technique and the treatment group of 38 patients,medicinal cake moxibustion in addition.Pre-treatment and post-treatment JOA and VAS scores and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result Pre-treatment JOA score was(83.1±3.2)in the control group and(82.5±4.4)in the treatment group;there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Post-treatment JOA score was(89.6±2.5)in the control group and(95.7±1.8)in the treatment group and higher than pre-treatment JOA score in both groups.Post-treatment JOA score increased more in the treatment group than in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Pre-treatment VAS scores in the two groups were(4.8±0.5)and(4.6±0.4),respectively;there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Post-treatment VAS score was(2.0±0.2)in the control group and(1.1±0.3)in the treatment group and lower than pre-treatment VAS score in both groups.Post-treatment VAS score decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The cure rate,marked efficacy rate and efficacy rate were 62.5%,28.1%and 9.4%,respectively,in the control group and 81.6%,15.8%and 2.6%,respectively,in the treatment group.The overall therapeutic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Medicinal cake moxibustion plus muscle energy technique can better relieve the pain and improve knee function in patients with early knee osteoarthritis.
