摘　　要：为了保证在短时负荷攀升、负荷峰谷差不断拉大时满足客户需求的安全用电,设计一种具有直接负荷控制功能的智能电表。该电表基于MQX嵌入式系统开发,除能实现电费信息存储、多种费率计量外,还具有对用户端进行负荷控制的功能。A smart meter with direct load control function was designed in order to ensure the safe power consumption when the short-term load rises and the peak load difference between the peak load and the valley load increases continuously.The meter was developed based on MQX embedded system.It could not only realize the storage of electricity charge information and a variety of rate measurement,but also had the function of load control
