摘　　要：分析大型水电厂二次系统安全防护工作存在的风险及隐患,并按照国家发改委及电网调度中心的安全防护要求,从管理层面制定二次系统安全防控策略,以提高防御能力,防止二次系统崩溃和瘫痪的电力事故的发生。This paper analyzed the risks and hidden dangers of the secondary system safety protection in large hydropower plants.According to the safety protection requirements of National Development and Reform Commission and the power grid dispatching center,secondary system safety prevention and control strategy was formulated from the management level to improve the defense capacity and prevent the power accidents caused by collapse and paralysis of secondary system.
