摘  要:为了解不同品种高羊茅(Festuca arundinace)的生态适应性,以南拳王、普通高羊茅、猎狗5号、新园2号、小英雄和夜明珠6个高羊茅品种为材料,设0(CK)、00、200、300Gy 4个辐射剂量的Co60-γ射线为照射源辐照干种子,通过测定各品种叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,对其抗性生理进行了研究。结果表明:每种抗性生理指标在不同品种间以及不同辐射剂量间均存在显著差异,品种与辐射剂量的互作也显著。从品种来看,普通高羊茅叶绿素的含量和CAT活性明显高于其他品种,南拳王MDA含量最高,夜明珠游离脯氨酸含量和SOD相对活性最高。从辐射剂量来看,300Gy辐射下叶绿素的含量最高,100Gy辐射下MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量效果最高,200Gy辐射下SOD相对活性最高。In order to understand the ecological adaptability of different varieties of Festuca arundinace,six Festuca arundinace virieties such as Southern Gold,Tall Fescue,Houndog 5,WranglerⅡ,hero and pearl were used as materials,setting four sources of Co^(60)-γ radiation as 0(CK),100 Gy,200 Gy and 300 Gy to irradiate dry seeds,by measuring the contents of chlorophyll,MDA,proline,activity of SOD and CAT,the resistance of antagonistic was studied.The results showed that each physiological indexes had significant difference among different varieties and different radiation doses,and the interaction of varieties and radiation dose was also significant.In terms of variety,the chlorophyll content and CAT activity of were significantly higher than the other varieties on tall Fescue.The Southern Gold had the highest MDA.The Pearl had the highest proline content and relative activity of SOD.From the radiation dose,300 Gy radiation had the highest chlorophyll content,and 100 Gy radiation had the highest level of MDA and proline content,while 200 Gy radiation had the highest level of relative SOD activity.
