摘  要:对池塘养殖条件下的大鳞鲃(Barbus capito)经人工培育获得成熟亲鱼。2017年6月进行人工催产、人工授精获得受精卵,对其胚胎及仔鱼发育过程进行系统观察,并详细描述各发育期的形态特征和发育时间。结果表明,大鳞鲃的成熟卵为灰白色,属沉性卵,弱粘性,卵径(1.3±0.1)mm,吸水后平均卵径为4.5mm。胚胎发育过程分为24个时期,仔鱼发育主要有4个时期。在孵化水温(26±0.5)℃,保持充氧状态下,从受精至出膜需50h12min。初孵仔鱼全长(7.11±0.26)mm,至平游摄食需128h。Fertilized eggs of Barbus capito from pond cultured parent fish were obtained by induced spawning and artificial fertilization.The embryonic and larval development processes were systemati-cally observed in June,2017 in Shandong.The morphological features and the developmental phases were described in great detail from fertilization to larval.The results showed that the fertilized eggs of pond-cultured parent fish had an initial average size of(1.3±0.1)mm in diameter.They were gray white color with demersal,weak stickiness,and the diameter of the egg was 4.5 mm after absorbing water.The process of embryonic development could be divided into 24 stages and larval development could be divided into 4 stages.The time period was 50 h12 min from fertilization to hatching under the conditions of(26±0.5)℃ and oxygenating.The total length of newly hatched larvae was(7.11±0.26)mm.The time period was 128 hfrom fertilization to feeding and horizontally swimming.
