摘　　要：目的研究玛咖(Lepidium meyenii Walp.)的化学成分。方法采用各种分离技术(包括硅胶、HP-20大孔吸附树脂、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及重结晶),研究玛咖乙醇提取物化学成分,并通过各种分析手段对化合物的结构进行确证。结果从玛咖乙醇提取物的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取部位分离得15个化合物,分别鉴定为N-苄基-十六碳酰胺(1)、苯乙酰胺(2)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(3)、烟酸(4)、棕榈酸(5)、松柏苷(6)、松脂素-O-β-D-葡糖苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)、酒渣碱(10)、琥珀酸(11)、烟酰胺(12)、野黑樱苷(13)、5-(3-羟丙基)-2-甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(14)、腺嘌呤(15)。结论其中化合物6、10、12、13、14系首次从独荇菜属植物中分离得到,化合物5、6、10、12、13、14、15系首次从玛咖中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Lepidium meyenii Walp.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,HP-20,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,recrystallization and et al.The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of various analytical methods.Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol fractions of ethanol extract of Lepidium meyenii Walp,and identified as N-benzyl-hexadecanamide(1),benzeneacetamide(2),4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(3),nicotinic acid(4),palmitic acid(5),coniferin(6),pinoresinol-O-β-D-glucose(7),β-sitosterol(8),daucosterol(9),flazine(10),succinic acid(11),niacinamide(12),prunasin(13),5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(14)and adenine(15).Conclusion Compounds 6,10,12,13 and 14 were isolated from Lepidium L.for the first time and compounds 5,6,10,12,13,14 and 15 were isolated from the rhizome of Lepidium meyenii Walp.for the first time.
