摘 要:目的研究通过玉米喂养小鼠模型结合BDI-GS(损益指数-总积分)体系评价中药八珍颗粒对小鼠生理指标的影响,并以此检验该体系在中药生理效应评价中的科学性和实用性。方法选用线性生长期健康ICR小鼠,设立空白对照组,低、中、高3个剂量给药组,空白对照组给予玉米饲料,给药组分别给予玉米粉掺和0.28%,0.56%和1.12%八珍颗粒。隔天称取体质量1次,总计给药8 d。于第8天称体质量、取血并解剖,完整剖取9项脏器组织并称取质量,计算脏器系数及其BDI和GS等指标;并检测血清生化指标。结果 0.28%低剂量八珍颗粒脏器质量BDI值多在1.0以上,累计GS值高于基本值9.0,中高剂量组表现略差。结论八珍颗粒在低剂量下用药补益及健康功效表现良好,推荐用药剂量合理。玉米喂养小鼠模型结合BDI-GS评价系统适用于中药正负生理效应表现的综合评价。Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Bazhen Particles on physiological indicators of mice using the corn fed mice model combining BDI-GS evaluation system,and to examine the scientificity and practical value of this system in the evaluation of physiological effects for traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The healthy ICR mice during linear growing period were chosen and divided into control group and low,medium and high doses of Bazhen Particles groups which are fed with corn flour or corn flour blended with Bazhen Particles.The animals were weighed every second days,totally for eight days.On the eighth day,the body weights were recorded,the blood was taken and anatomy was performed.Nine organs or tissues were picked and weighed,and the organ coefficients and BDI and GS were calculated.The serum biochemical parameters were also determind.Results The BDI values of animals treated with 0.28%Bazhen Particles were most above 1.0,and the cumulative GS values were higher than 9.0.The effects of the medium and high doses of the drugs were weaker.Conclusion Low dosage of Bazhen Particles have good healthy effects.The corn fed mice model combined with BDIGS system are suitable for comprehensive evaluation of positive and negative physiological effects for traditional Chinese medicine.
