摘 要:核桃(Juglans regia L.)为胡桃科(Juglandaceae)胡桃属(Juglans)植物,其果实主要包括果皮、核桃壳、果仁及核桃隔膜。研究发现,核桃果各部位化学成分及药理活性有一定差异,但也有相似之处。本文论述了近年核桃果在化学成分及药理活性方面的研究进展,为促进核桃的开发利用提供参考。The fruit of Juglans regia L.(Juglandaceae)mainly consists of pericarp,walnut shell,walnut kernel and diaphragm.Research indicated chemical and pharmaceutical differences,as well as some similarities in different parts of the walnut fruits.This paper presents a review on chemical constituents and pharmacological acitivities of the fruit of Juglans regia L.,which provides some useful information for the development of this plant in future.
