摘 要:过热度是影响供热蒸汽管内工质质量损失的主要因素。针对某燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组供热管网工质质量损失大的现象,进行现场试验,在运行数据基础上,分析了蒸汽在管道内流动其过热度发生变化内在原因以及影响因素。蒸汽过热度不仅影响蒸汽在管道的凝结状况,而且对蒸汽流量的计量准确性也产生很大影响。分析蒸汽过热度可为降低供热管网质量损失、规划管网建设、制定合理营销策略提供理论基础和指导方向。The degree of superheat is the main factor affecting the mass loss of the working steam in the heat-supply pipelines.Aiming at reducing the large mass loss of working steam in heat-supply pipes in a gas-steam combined cycle generating unit,some field tests are carried out.Based on the test data,the main causes and influencing factors for the change of the degree of superheat in the pipelines are analyzed.The degree of superheat not only affects the condensation of the steam in the pipe,but also has a great influence on the accuracy of the steam flow measurement.The analysis of the degree of overheat can provide a theoretical basis and direction for the reduction of the mass loss in heat-supply network.Besides,it is also helpful for the engineers to make a plan for the construction of pipe network and make reasonable marketing strategy as well.
