摘　　要：2018年3月15日，由爱尔兰教育推广处（Education in Ireland）举办的爱尔兰高等教育新闻发布会在爱尔兰大使馆举行。爱尔兰副总理兼外交与贸易部长西蒙·科文尼（Simon Coveney T.D.）、爱尔兰驻华大使李修文先生（Eoin O'Leary）、高校领导及多家媒体出席发布会，一同见证了爱尔兰高威梅奥理工学院（Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology,GMI T）、爱尔兰国立科克大学(Un iversit y College Cork,UCC)与中央财经大学、北京工商大学、成都工业学院等多所中国高校签署高等教育合作备忘录的仪式。As early as 2003, the number of Chinese students studying in Ireland was up to three ten thousands. In 2005, the Ireland government has standardized teaching quality and tightened policies on studying abroad, and then the tendency of studying in Ireland began to return to rationality. In 2014, the number of Chinese students studying in Ireland has declined to 1200, which has become the downturn of studying in Ireland. To promote the cooperation between China and Ireland in higher education, Ireland national and ministerial leaders visit China in three years. From 2014 to 2017, through the efforts of all parties, the tendency of studying in Ireland heats up again. The number of Chinese students studying in Ireland has increased to 2350, the number of student visa to 2350.
