摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)患者围术期血糖出室达标率的效果,以提高麻醉管理质量。方法成立QCC,以"提高CABG患者围术期血糖合格率"为活动主题,选取泰达国际心血管病医院2017年期间收治的全麻CABG患者作为研究对象,按照PDCA的活动计划,进行现况调查,分析原因,解析后拟定对策计划,实施检查并巩固,制定标准化流程。结果 (1)有形成果:通过QCC活动出室血糖的达标率由改进前第1季度的89%上升到改善后第3季度的100%,第4季度巩固期100%,提高了麻醉管理质量。(2)无形成果:增强沟通能力和责任心,充分调动团队每个成员的积极性,从"要我做"转变成"我要做"。结论通过QCC活动,明显提高了CABG患者围术期出室血糖达标率,提升了整个科室的凝聚力以及多学科之间的合作,最终提高了麻醉管理质量。Objective This study was aimed to explore the effects of quality control committee(QCC)on perioperative glycemic control by measurement of the blood sugar target rate when leaving operating room in CABG patients and improve the quality and safety of anesthesia service.Methods We set up CABG patients perioperative glycemic control target,established QCC,and adopted the PDCA method.QCC conducts cause analysis,propose intervention strategy,monitors the outcome,and standardize the process.Results(1)Tangible results:the glycemic target rate when leaving operating room was 89%in the first quarter(before QCC was set up),it increased to 100%in the third quarter after improving project and consolidating in the fourth quarter(after QCC was set up).(2)Intangible results:QCC improved the communication in the team approach and clarified the responsibilities for the team members.QCC changed the team culture from“ask me to do”to“I want to do”.Conclusion The application of QCC effectively increased CABG patients’perioperative glycemic target rate,enhanced the cohesiveness of the whole department and the multidisciplinary cooperation,and improved the quality and safety of anesthesia serivce.
