河南省公众结核病核心信息知晓情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省公众结核病防治核心信息知晓情况,为结核病健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取6个调查点。采用统一问卷对调查点15岁及以上居民进行面对面询问式调查。调查内容主要为结核病核心信息知晓情况。使用SPSS 15.0软件分析资料,包括χ~2检验和Logistic回归分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果回收调查问卷1057份,肺结核的总知晓率、传播途径、症状、就诊途径、优惠政策和预后的知晓率分别为72.1%(3813/5285)、76.0%(803/1057)、84.5%(893/1057)、95.2%(1006/1057)、50.8%(537/1057)和54.3%(574/1057)。个人知晓合格率为65.0%(687/1057),"城乡"、和"既往健康教育情况"为影响知晓情况的主要因素,OR值分别为4.197和0.164。结论河南省公众结核病核心信息知晓率仍比较低,"既往健康教育情况"和"城乡"是主要影响因素。应有针对性地开展结核病健康促进工作。Objective To understand public’s awareness of core information related to tuberculosis in Henan Province,and to provide evidence for tuberculosis health promotion.Methods Multistage stratified random sampling method was used to extract 6 investigation sites.A unified questionnaire survey was conducted among residents aged 15 years old and above.The survey mainly included the awareness of core information related to TB.SPSS 15.0 software was used to analysis,includingχ2 test and logistic regression analysis,P<0.05 was used for statistically significant difference.Results 1057 questionnaires were collected.The total awareness rate of TB,the awareness rates of transmission,symptoms,visit way,preferential policies and prognosis were 72.1%(3813/5285),76.0%(803/1057),84.5%(893/1057),95.2%(1006/1057),50.8%(537/1057)and 54.3%(574/1057).Personal awareness qualified rate was 65.0%(687/1057),“urban or rural”and“health education”were main influencing factors,the OR values were 4.197 and 0.164.Conclusion The public’s awareness rate of the core information related to TB is still low in Henan Province,and the main influencing factors were“health education”and“urban or rural”.Targeted tuberculosis health promotion should be carried out.
