摘　　要：目的了解兰州市儿童家长免疫规划服务满意度现状及影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取甘肃省兰州市12~23月龄儿童1603名,对儿童家长进行电话问卷调查,所得资料进行χ~2检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果儿童家长对免疫规划服务总满意率为94.2%,预防接种门诊业务操作情况中,"接种前核对儿童相关信息及接种记录"实施率最高(95.4%)。用以评价预防接种门诊业务操作满意度情况的9个问题中,其中5个问题家长满意度在90.0%以上。对于预防接种门诊的满意度情况,家长最为满意的是接种前核对儿童相关信息及接种记录(95.8%),对接种门诊预防接种知识的宣传满意度最低(70.2%),对接种门诊环境及方便性满意度均在70%以上。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,居住地、家长职业是家长满意度的影响因素,相对于农村,居住在市区的家长满意度的OR值为0.609,是总体满意的保护因素。在家长职业方面,相对于工人,农民、个体、无业、其他的OR值分别为2.355、1.803、1.766和2.703。结论儿童家长对免疫规划服务总体满意程度较好,但在获得儿童家长较高满意度的同时,也反映出一些仍然需要改善服务质量和水平的环节。Objective To understand the current situation and influence factors of parents’satisfaction degree on immunization service in Lanzhou.Methods By using stratified random sampling method,1603 children aged between 12-23 months were selected in Lanzhou.Their parents were questionnaire investigated through telephone.Chisquare test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data.Results The total satisfaction rate of children’s parents to immunization planning services was 94.2%.Among the vaccination clinic operations,the implementation rate of“checkup information and vaccination records before vaccination”was the highest(95.4%).Among 9 questions about satisfaction degree on professional operation in vaccination clinic,5 questions have the satisfaction degree above 90.0%.For the satisfaction of vaccination clinics,parents are most satisfied with the checkup of children’s information and vaccination records prior to vaccination(95.8%),and they are the least satisfied with the vaccination clinic vaccination knowledge(70.2%).The satisfaction degrees are all above 70%on the environment and convenience of vaccination clinic.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the occupational and parental occupations were the factors influencing parents’satisfaction.Compared with rural areas,the OR value of parents’satisfaction degree living in urban areas was 0.609,which was the overall satisfaction protection factor.In the aspect of parents’occupation,the other OR value were 2.355,1.803,1.766,2.703 respectively compared with workers,peasants,cadres,individuals and unemployed.Conclusion Children’s parents are generally satisfied with the immunization planning services.However,while obtaining high levels of satisfaction from children’s parents,vaccination clinic still need to improve the quality and level of their services.
