摘　　要：在"一带一路"倡议和供给侧结构性改革的大背景下,基于钻石模型提炼相关指标,以2010—2015年陕西文化旅游产业发展相关数据为依托,运用灰色关联度分析法研究了陕西文化旅游产业外向型发展的影响因素。研究发现:地区生产总值、邮电业务总量、R&D经费、接待入境旅游人数、政策文件和规定、文物事业总量、图书杂志和报纸出版量、城镇居民文娱消费支出等因素是陕西文化旅游产业外向型发展的主要影响因素;民用航空航线里程、星级饭店数、广播电视人口覆盖率、文化事业总量、文化体育和娱乐业投资、铁路营业里程等因素作用则较小。基于此展开理论探讨并提出了相关对策建议。On the background of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative and the structural reform of the supply side,this paper applies diamond model to extract relevant indicators,and collects relevant data of Shaanxi cultural tourism industry development from 2010 to 2015,then clear cultural tourism in Shaanxi Province at present,studies the factors influencing Shaanxi cultural tourism industry export-oriented development based on gray correlation analysis.The study finds that:the factors of regional GDP,post and telecommunications business volume,R&D funds,the number of inbound tourists,policy documents and regulations,the total number of cultural relics,books and magazines and newspaper publishing,urban residents entertainment expenditure were the main influencing factors of Shaanxi export of cultural tourism industry.The civil aviation route mileage,the number of star hotels,population coverage of the radio and television,the total number of cultural undertakings,cultural and s
