摘　　要：在经济全球化与产业分工精细化背景下,两岸产业分工关系与产业链发生了一系列变化。形成了紧密的产业分工与经济合作体系,并持续围绕国际产业链进行合作与发展。两岸传统的"台湾进口—大陆加工生产—海外出口"产业分工格局,自新世纪以来已出现重大变化。两岸企业间策略性合作的持续推进,使两岸在新经济领域,产业分工关系和产业链出现新的发展态势。In the background of economic globalization and refining industrial division,international industrial chains keep developing and deepening.After joining this international industrial chain and supply chain,a close system of cross-strait industrial division and economic cooperation has been established.A significant change has taken place since the new Century in the traditional pattern of cross-strait industrial division.As the strategic cooperation continuously advancing,a new trend of industrial division relations has emerged in the area of cross-strait new economy.
