特色小镇引领乡村振兴机理研究

摘　　要：特色小镇引领乡村振兴的作用机理表现在:特色产业为载体促进农村产业兴旺、特色小镇为窗口引领乡村文化兴盛、特色小镇为平台带动乡村生活富裕、特色小镇为示范拉动乡村生态宜居。发挥特色小镇的多重效益促进乡村振兴,需要以特色小镇为增长极优化城乡空间结构、以特色产业驱动农村一、二、三产业融合发展、挖掘乡村文化基因彰显特色小镇的文化品位、搭建返乡务工人员创新创业平台、统筹规划改善农村人居环境。The function mechanism of the characteristic towns leading the Rural Revitalization is manifested as:the characteristic industry promotes the development of modern industrial system,the characteristic culture leads the flourishing of rural culture,the characteristic town is the platform,promoting the rural life prosperous,the characteristic town which as a sample leads the rural ecosystem is livable.Playing the multiple benefits of the characteristics town to promote rural revitalization,characteristics town should optimize the urban and rural spatial structure which act as the growth pole,drive the rural agricultural,industry and service industry integration development,show the characteristics town culture grade based on village culture gene,build the innovation venture platform for migrant workers return from cities,improve the rural living environment rely on the overall planning.
