2006-2017年苏州市戒烟竞赛情况以及戒烟成功的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解苏州市2006—2017年戒烟竞赛的报名和随访情况,并探讨影响戒烟成功的相关因素。方法参加戒烟竞赛者在竞赛开始前填写报名表,在竞赛开始后半年以14%的比例抽取随访对象,填写随访问卷,统计戒烟率等指标并进行戒烟成功率的多因素Logistic回归分析。结果2006—2017年苏州市共有44 940人参加戒烟竞赛,平均戒烟率为36.9%。影响戒烟成功率的因素为年龄(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.273～1.675)、文化程度(OR=1.167,95%CI:1.087～1.252)、烟龄(OR=0.722,95%CI:0.652～0.799)、每日吸烟量(OR=0.784,95%CI:0.694～0.885)和戒烟热线(OR=1.510,95%CI:1.148～1.986)。结论戒烟竞赛为有意愿戒烟的吸烟者提供了一个有利的环境,有助于戒烟率的提高。Objective To understand the application and follow-up on smoking cessation campaign in Suzhou dur-ing 2006-2017,and to explore the factors that influence on quitting smoking successfully.Methods Participants filled in the application form before the start of the campaign,then 14%of all the participants were asked to fill in the follow-up questionnaire after half a year later.Smoking cessation rate and other indicators were calculated and carried on multi-factor lo-gistic regression analysis on the rate of smoking quitting.Results There were 44 940 persons participated in the smoking cessation campaign during 2006-2017 in Suzhou,and the average quitting rate was 36.9%.The factors influencing smoking cessation were age(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.273-1.675),culture(OR=1.167,95%CI:1.087-1.252),smoking age(OR=0.722,95%CI:0.652-0.799),number of daily smoking(OR=0.784,95%CI:0.694-0.885)and smoking cessation hotline(OR-1.510,95%CI:1.148-1.986).Conclusion Smoking cessation campaign provided favorable environment for the contestants who had willing to quit smoking,and it helps improve the rate of smoking cessa-tion.
