摘　　要：移动水上乐园是旅游投资的热点项目之一。本文依据已有旅游项目投资风险评估研究和评估对象特征,构建了移动水上乐园投资风险评估指标体系,提出了移动水上乐园投资风险等级评价步骤,形成了符合移动水上乐园投资风险的评估模型,并通过与其他类别旅游项目投资风险要素进行比较,分析了移动水上乐园投资风险要素。本文以黑龙江省依兰移动水上乐园为案例地,评定其投资风险等级,验证指标体系及模型的正确性,并据风险因素分析提出降低风险的措施。Mobile water park is one of the hotspots of tourism investment.In accordance with the existing studies of investment risk assessment of tourism projects and the characteristics of the objects of assessment,this paper structured an investment risk evaluation indicator system of mobile water parks,proposed a set of evaluation steps for investment risk grading,formulated an assessment model according to the investment risks of mobile water parks,and made an analysis of the indicators of investment risks by comparing them with the investment risk indicators of other types of tourist projects,made a case study of the evaluation of investment risk of Yilan Mobile Water Park in Heilongjiang Province,did a risk rating,tested and verified the validity of the indicators system and the model,and proposed some measures for reducing risk in light of the result of the factor analysis.
