摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于大数据分析的评价房地产企业绿色发展竞争力的PRIMB模型,并给出了不同规模企业的算例。算例结果和对169家房地产企业的分析结果表明,该模型和指数能够较为客观的评价房地产全行业的绿色发展状态,也能用于衡量特定企业的绿色发展竞争力,是适用于政策制定者、投资者、房地产企业管理者等关注绿色地产的群体一个技术经济评价指标。This paper presents a PRIMB model for evaluating the green development competitiveness of real estate enterprises based on large data analysis,examples of enterprises of different scales are given.The results of the calculation and the results of the analysis to 169 real estate enterprises show that the model and index can objectively evaluate the green development status of the whole estate industry,it can also be used to measure the green development competitiveness of specific enterprises.It is a technical and economic evaluation index which is suitable for the policy makers,investors and real estate managers who are concerned with the green real estate development group.
