摘　　要：本文综述了英、美等发达国家的供水管理体制以及供水绩效管理制度等,分析了各国在城市供水绩效管理方面的优势和特色,在总结了国外城市供水绩效管理经验的基础上,提出了适合我国实情的供水绩效管理建议,包括建立和完善绩效管理体制,注重信息公开,鼓励公众参与,实施奖惩结合,注重服务等,旨在发展和完善我国城市供水绩效管理体系。In this paper,Britain,the United States and other developed countries,the water supply system,as well as water supply performance management system to analyze the advantages and characteristics of the countries in the management of urban water supply performance,based on the summary of the foreign urban water supply performance management experience,forChina’s actual situation of water supply performance management recommendations,including the establishment and improve the performance management system,focusing on information disclosure,and to encourage public participation in the implementation of incentive to combine service-oriented,aimed at the development and improvement of China’s urban water supply performance management system.
