摘　　要：目的探讨胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)与儿童哮喘严重程度的相关性。方法选取50例哮喘急性发作期儿童,分为轻度组(16例)、中度组(19例)、重度组(15例),另外选取经体检健康儿童50例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组血清TSLP水平并分析TSLP水平与哮喘严重程度的相关性。结果与对照组比较,急性发作期哮喘组TSLP水平高于对照组(P<0.05);轻度组、中度组、重度组TSLP水平均升高,重度组升高最明显,各组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);TSLP水平与哮喘程度呈正相关(r=0.895,P<0.001)。结论TSLP水平对于判定儿童哮喘病情严重程度具有重要的、潜在的参考价值。Objective To explore correlation between thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)and the severity of children's asthma.Methods 50 cases of asthma in the acute attack phase were collected and divided into mild group(n=16),moderate group(n=19)and severe group(n=15)according to the severity of asthma.Meanwhile,fifty healthy children were enrolled as control group.Serum levels of TSLP in each group by ELISA were determined and correlation between TSLP and the severity of children's asthma was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of TSLP in groups with acute attack phase of asthma is higher(P<0.05).The serum levels of TSLP in the mild group,moderate group and severe group all increased respectively and the severe group had the highest level(P<0.05).There were positive correlation between the serum level of TSLP and the mild group,moderate group and severe group.Conclusion There was an important and potential referring value for the serum level of TSLP to identify the severity of children's asthma.
