摘  要:目的探讨高氧液治疗对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选择2013年1月—2014年12月在第四军医大学第一附属医院惠宾病房住院符合2型糖尿病诊断标准的患者83例,随机分为常规治疗组42例和高氧液治疗组41例。常规治疗组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液+注射用硫辛酸治疗,高氧液治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加氧。比较两组治疗前后血管细胞粘附因子-1(VCAM-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、类胰岛素成长因子-1(IGF-1)、白介素(IL)-8、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、IL-6水平。结果治疗后高氧液治疗组VCAM-1、ET-1、IGF-1、IL-8、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论高氧液治疗可以改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperoxygenated solution on insulin resistance in the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 83 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital,the Fourth Military Medical University of PLA from January 2013 to December 2014,which were divided into hyperoxygenated solution group(n=41)and routine treatment group(n=42).The routine treatment group was treated with 0.9%sodium chloride solution+thioctic acid for injection,hyperoxygenated solution group added oxygen on the basis of routine treatment.The level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-6(IL-6),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),endothelin-1(ET-1),insulin-like growth factors-1(IGF-1),interleukin-8(IL-8)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The level of TNF-α,IL-6,VCAM-1,ET-1,IGF-1,IL-8 of hyperoxygenated solution group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperoxygenated therapy can improve insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients.
