变异型心绞痛合并心室颤动及Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞一例并文献复习

摘　　要：探讨变异型心绞痛(VA)合并多种心律失常的治疗,报告1例VA出现心室颤动、Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞的治疗。患者应用地尔硫卓后出现交界区逸搏心律,调整治疗硝苯地平缓释片、尼可地尔,建议ICD起搏器,控制冠脉痉挛发作,结合既往文献对VA合并严重心律失常的药物及ICD植入治疗方法进行分析。To study the treatment of a patient of variant angina with arrhythmia.we report a case of a patient with variant angina induced ventricular fibrillation and three degree atrioventricular block.The patient appeared junctional escape beat rhythm after application of diltiazem.Coronary artery spasm was controlled after adjusting the treatment of nifedipine,nicorandil and proposed ICD pacemaker.Combined with the literature,drugs and ICD implantation for treatment of VA with severe arrhythmia were analyzed in this paper.
