成年人单侧透明肺一例并文献复习

摘　　要：单侧透明肺可见于任何年龄,临床表现多样,影像学检查以单侧透明肺、伴呼气相气体潴留、肺血管减少或肺体积缩小为特征。成年人单侧透明肺较罕见,缺乏典型症状,影像学提示局部或单侧透明肺者应鉴别本病。本文报告1例成年人SJS,探讨其临床特征,并进行文献资料回顾,以提高对本病的认识及诊断水平。Unilateral hyaline lung(SJS)can be seen at any age,and its clinical manifestations are varied.Imaging examination is characterized by SJS,accompanied by expiratory gas retention,decreased pulmonary vascularity or reduced lung volume.However,adult SJS is rare and lacks typical symptoms.Imaging findings suggest that local or SJS should identify the disease.In this paper,1 cases of adult SJS were reported to discuss the clinical features and review the literature,so as to improve the understanding and diagnosis of the disease.
