摘　　要：目的提高基层医疗机构无菌消毒物品的质量安全。方法建立区域化消毒供应中心,配备工作人员和设施,完善工作流程和质量控制,集中供应全市基层医疗机构的消毒灭菌物品。结果实行消毒供应中心的区域化管理,能够确保物品的消毒及灭菌质量,节约成本,提高管理效率,有效控制医院感染的发生,保证医疗护理质量和医疗护理安全。结论建立区域化消毒供应中心既提高了基层医院消毒物品的质量,又节约了成本,是一项切实保障医疗安全的重要举措。Objective To improve disinfection and sterilization quality of items in primary hospitals.Methods We established regional central sterile supply department,equipped with staff,improved the working process and quality control,and centralized the items of primary hospitals to disinfect and sterilize.Results Regional disinfection and supply center management can ensure the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,save resources and reduce costs,improve management efficiency,control hospital infection effectively,and ensure medical quality and safety.Conclusion It is feasible to establish regional central sterile supply department which could improve the disinfection quality of items,save costs and achieve resource sharing.
