摘　　要：家庭医学是医学体系中的重要组成部分,提升家庭医疗服务在国民医疗卫生服务中的分量是现代医学服务模式转变的趋势。家庭医学人才作为家庭医疗体系中的核心,其教育培养与服务模式始终在整个体系的运行中发挥着举足轻重的作用。加拿大作为普及家庭医疗服务的典型代表,在疾病预防与健康促进中取得了较为理想的成果。本文从家庭医学人才培养和家庭医疗服务模式两方面论述加拿大家庭医学体系的特色,并结合我国家庭医疗体系建设的现状,为改进我国医疗资源的分配与使用提出建议,旨在为加速推进"分级诊疗"模式的落实与加快基本医疗卫生制度的建立提供借鉴与参照。Family medicine is the essential part of whole medical system,and increasing the component of family medical service in the national medical service is the trend of transition of modern medical service mode.As the core of family medical system,the education and cultivation for the talents of family medicine and their service mode play an important role in the operation of the whole system all the time.Canada is a typical example for popularization of family medicine,and it has gained the ideal results in the disease prevention as well as health promotion.This article demonstrates the features of Canadian family medical system on the aspects of cultivation of talents and service mode in family medicine,combining the current situation of development of family medical system in China,proposing some suggestions for our country's allocation and use of medical resources so as to provide reference for accelerating the realization of hierarchical medical service mode and construction of basic medical system.
