摘　　要：目的通过对正常新生儿及早产儿进行肌肤相亲的实验研究,了解肌肤相亲对其生长发育的影响。探讨肌肤相亲的社会价值及医疗价值,利于肌肤相亲的推广与应用,对于优生优育以及促进新生儿健康发育具有重要意义。方法选取在湖北省黄石市妇幼保健院出生的正常新生儿和早产儿各60名,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组未给与抚触和按摩;实验组每天给与抚触和按摩,对实验组的父母进行健康教育,指导其回家继续进行婴儿抚触或按摩;并于3个月龄时,进行回访复查各项观察指标,如体质量、身高、头围、Hb等的变化。结果 3个月时:(1)两组正常新生儿体质量、身高、头围、Hb比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组早产儿体质量、身高、头围、Hb比较,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05);(3)正常新生儿和早产儿体质量、身高、头围增长幅度的比较,差异也具有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论肌肤相亲可促进儿童生长发育,尤其对早产儿的健康成长有积极的影响。Objective To study effects of skin-to-skin contact on growth and development between normal neonates and premature infants.Then to investigate the social and medical value of skin-to-skin contact.It is conducive to the promotion and application of skin-to-skin care and it is significantly important to prenatal and postnatal care as well as promoting the neonatal health.Methods 60 normal neonates and premature infants born in a hospital in Huangshi city were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Control group was not given touch and massage,while experimental group was given touch and massage every day,and the health education were given to their parents to guide them to take skinto-skin care after they back home.After three months,return visit were paid to collect these indexes,such as body mass,height,head circumference and hemoglobin changes.Results After three months:①There were significant differences between two groups of normal neonates in body mass,height,head circumference and Hb(allP<0.05);②There were significant differences between two premature groups in body mass,height,head circumference and Hb(all P<0.05);③The differences were statistically significant between the normal neonates and premature infants in body mass,height,and head circumference(all P<0.05).Conclusion Skin-to-skin contact can promote the growth and development of children,especially for the positive impact on healthy growth of premature infants.
