摘　　要：中国共产党作为一种政治组织,政治要求是最根本的要求,政治属性是最主要的属性,政治功能是最基本的功能。十九大报告提出新时代党的建设以"政治建设为统领",关键在"政治"二字。这是新时代中国共产党对自身建设的自觉自信。"自觉"在于它是中国共产党对新时代建党之源的理性回归、治党之本的对标定位;"自信"在于它是中国共产党对新时代兴党之策的时代审视、对强党之路的自我革命。这种自觉自信,必将推动社会革命和自我革命翻开历史画卷的新篇章,开创历史进程的新纪元。This paper,from the perspective of party's political nature,analyzes the building and governance and the development and growth of the CPC.It is argued that since the CPC is a political organization,political requirements are the most fundamental requirements,political properties are the most important properties,and political functions are the most principal functions of the Party.In the report of the CPC Nineteenth National Congress,it is elaborated that the party building for the new era is“dominated by party building via political work”,that is to sa y,the“political”is the key to party building.This is the CPCs self-consciousness and confidence in party building for the new era.It is self-conscious because it represents the CPC's rational return to the origin of party building for the new era and anchoring to the root of party building,and it is confident because it implies the CPC's inspection into the strategy of vitalizing the Party for the new era and the self-revolution regarding the road of strengthening the Party.This self-consciousness and confidence will necessarily write down a new chapter of social revolution and the Party's self-revolution,and create a new epoch of history.
