摘  要:目的分析永存原始三叉动脉的MR血管成像(MRA)表现,以提高对该血管变异的认识。方法回顾性分析12例经3D TOF MRA诊断为永存原始三叉动脉的病例。结果 12例PPTA患者中,7例位于左侧,5例位于右侧。按照Saltzman分型:Ⅰ型6例,其中4例伴吻合点近端基底动脉发育不良,2例基底动脉发育正常,1例合并PPTA动脉瘤;Ⅱ型2例,均伴吻合点近端基底动脉发育不良;Ⅲ型4例,均为PPTA供应左侧大脑后动脉、右侧后交通动脉供应右侧大脑后动脉,其中3例伴吻合点近端基底动脉发育不良,1例基底动脉发育正常。结论 3D TOF MRA能清楚显示和诊断永存原始三叉动脉,为外科手术提供必要的血管评估。Objective To analyze the magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)feature of persistent primitive trigeminal artery(PPTA)and to evaluate the utility of MRA in the diagnosis of this vascular anomaly.Methods 3D TOF MRA in 12 patients of persistent primitive trigeminal artery were retrospectively reviewed.Results In 12 cases of PPTA 7 cases occurred in the left side,5 cases in the right side.According to Saltzman classification,6 cases were type I,including 4 cases with anastomosis proximal basilar artery dysplasia,2 cases of basilar artery in normal development,1 patient with PPTA aneurysm;2 cases were type II,with anastomosis proximal basilar artery dysplasia;4 cases were type III,the left posterior cerebral artery was supplied by PPTA in four patients,and the right posterior cerebral artery was supplied by the right posterior communicating artery,in which 3 cases presented with anastomosis proximal basilar artery dysplasia,1 case with basilar artery in normal development.Conclusion 3D TOF MRA can clearly display and diagnose persistent primitive trigeminal artery,thereby providing the necessary vascular assessment for surgery.
