摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠间质瘤(GIST)的CT诊断方法。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的32例胃肠间质瘤患者的CT影像资料,所有患者均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 32例GIST中,位于胃部20例,小肠9例,结直肠1例,腹腔2例。最大径小于2cm的4例,大于10cm的4例,其余24例。边缘光整16例,分叶16例,密度均匀16例,不均匀16例,伴钙化者5例。向腔外生长14例,腔内11例,腔内外生长5例。病理危险度分级:极低危险度4例,低度危险度9例,中度危险度6例,高度危险度13例。结论 MSCT检查能够对GIST提供定位诊断,并能够较好的定性,检查前充分的胃肠道准备是显示肿瘤的基础。Objective To investigate the CT features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors so as to improve CT diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 32 cases with pathological findings and complete CT images were conducted.All patients were performed plain and enhanced scan.Then performances and enhanced imaging characteristics were analyzed.Results In 32 cases of GIST,20 cases were located in the stomach,9 in the small intestine,1 in the colon and 2 in the abdominal cavity.The maximum diameter was less than 2 cm in 4 cases,greater than 10 cm in 4 cases,and the other in 24 cases.The edge was light in 16 cases,lobulated in 16 cases,homogeneous in 16 cases,uneven in 16 cases,and calcification in 5 cases.Of all 32 eases,there were 19 cases with extra luminal growth,9 cases with intra 1 with uminal growth,4 cases with intra-extra-luminal growth.Classification of pathological risk:was 4 cases of extremely low risk,9 cases of low risk,6 cases of moderate risk,and 11 cases of high risk.Conclusion MSCT examination can provide the localization diagnosis for GIST,and can be better qualitative.Sufficient gastrointestinal preparation before examination is the basis of displaying the tumor.
