摘　　要：目的探讨输注碘对比剂患者检查后的护理应对措施。方法对2246例患者碘对比剂过敏试验阴性和阳性进行统计学分析。结果本组2246名患者碘对比剂过敏试验均为阴性。3例女性患者输入碘海醇350对比剂后出现轻中度过敏反应,给予积极有效处理预后良好。结论护理工作人员应严密观察并做好检查前积极预防和及时处理。Objective To analyze the information of 2246 patients who infused iodinated contrast agent,and form edperfect nursing measures.Methods We applying the method of descriptive statistical analysis.Results In 2246 patients,the sensitivity test of iodine contrast agent was negative.3 cases of female patients had moderate allergic reactions after infusion iodinated contrast agent 350.Prognosis was good after giving positive and effective treatment.Conclusion Nursing work runs through the whole process of intravenous infusion of iodine contrast agent in CT high pressure injector.Nursing staff should take positive prevention before scanning,closed observation in scanning,and treatment timely after scanning.
