摘 要:针对现有单项误差评价方法存在局限性的问题,运用空间评价方法,首先构建了渐开线拓扑修形齿面理论数学模型与渐开线拓扑修形实际齿面模型,然后将理论拓扑修形齿面与实际拓扑修形齿面进行三维匹配,最后建立空间评价模型。该方法不仅能对拓扑修形齿面进行空间评价、提取齿面单项误差,还能够对拓扑修形斜齿轮进行误差测量与评定,为齿轮在空间上整体测量与评定提供了理论参考。In view of the limitation of the existing single error evaluation methods,this paper uses the method of spatial evaluation.Firstly,the mathematical model of involute topological modification tooth surface and the actual tooth surface model of involute topological modification are constructed.Then,Dimensional tooth surface and the actual topology of the tooth surface to match the three-dimensional,and finally establish a spatial evaluation model.The method can evaluate the topological shape of the tooth surface and extract the single tooth surface error.The method can also measure and evaluate the error of topological modified helical gears,which provides a theoretical basis for the overall measurement and evaluation of gears in space.
