厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的药理作用及提取合成研究进展

摘　　要：综述了珍贵药用植物厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的理化性质、药理作用、提取合成及临床应用。研究表明,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚是一种抗肿瘤疾病的良药,对多种癌症具有较好的疗效,有显著的抗菌活性,具有心血管保护功效,对于失眠和焦虑等症状有很好的疗效,可促进海马神经元再生从而发挥抗抑郁作用,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚合用可使高脂肪摄入所引起的脂肪肝得到抑制,和厚朴酚通过靶向蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶可改善胰岛素敏感性,从而降低血糖,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚均有抗腹泻作用,可促进胃排空和肠推进。通过技术改进,从植物中提取及化学合成厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的产出率都得到了提高。最后提出了研究展望,应注重厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的稳定性及临床应用的研究,并拓展药源的研究,提高产出量。The study has reviewed the physical and chemical properties,pharmacological effects,extraction synthesis and clinical application of Magnolol and Honokiol,a precious anti-tumor medicinal plant with many pharmacological functions,such as significant antibacterial activity with cardiovascular protection,good effect on relief of insomnia and anxiety and other symptoms,antidepressant effect in promoting hippocampal neuron regeneration,good effect on inhibiting fatty liver and lowering blood sugar by improving insulin sensitivity through targeting protein tyrosine phosphatase,good effect on anti-diarrhea and promoting gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion.With the improvement on extraction and chemical synthesis technology,the output rate of Magnolol and Honokiol has increased.Finally,the study proposes the general prospect that future studies should attach great importance to the study of stability and clinical application of Magnolol and Honokiol,and that more studies on medicinal sources should be conducted and the output should be increased.
