副肿瘤性天疱疮1例

摘　　要：报告1例副肿瘤性天疱疮。患者女性,48岁,因多形皮肤粘膜损害1月伴发非霍奇金淋巴瘤2年余入院。皮肤病理活检示棘刺松解性大疱,直接免疫荧光棘细胞间及基底膜区免疫反应物沉积,其免疫组化示T细胞侵入表皮现象。A48-year-old woman with paraneoplastic pemphigus is reported.She was accepted for the poly morphous skin and mucous lesions with non Hodgkin lymphoma.Histology showed acantholytic bulla.IgG and C 3 can be seen intercellular and in basement membrane zone by direct immunofluorescence.The immune -histochemistry showed that there was T cell infiltration into epidermis.
