摘 要:以"周麦18"为实验材料,采用土培方法,研究不同浓度的苯甲酸钠对复合重金属污染下小麦幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明:在复合重金属胁迫下,通过喷施2,4,6,8,10,12g/L的外源苯甲酸钠溶液,小麦幼苗叶片内叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量均呈现先增加后减少的趋势,POD活性和根系活力呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,丙二醛含量呈现先减少后增加的趋势.苯甲酸钠喷施浓度为8g/L时,叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量达到最大值,POD活性和根系活力表现最强,丙二醛含量降到最低.这说明合适浓度的苯甲酸钠能够减轻复合重金属胁迫对小麦幼苗造成的毒害.Used“Zhoumai 18”as experimental material,effects of sodium benzoate on physiological indexes of wheat seedling under complex heavy metals pollution were studied by the method of soil culture.The results were following:under stress of complex heavy metal,contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar and soluble protein and free proline were increased firstly and then decreased,POD activity and root activity showed first enhanced after weakening trend,MDA content was decreased firstly and then increased in wheat seedling leaves by spraying sodium benzoate which concentration was 2,4,6,8,10,12g/L.Spraying 8g/L of sodium benzoate on the leaves,contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar and soluble protein and free proline reached maximum value,POD activity and root activity were the strongest,but MDA content reduced to the minimum.The above showed that suitable concentration of sodium benzoate could reduce the damage of complex heavy metals stress on wheat seedling.
