摘  要:传统层压机生产光伏组件的方法容易产生质量缺陷,生产效率低。为此提出了一种光伏组件生产新技术:组件经过阶梯加热,直接输送到辊压机用橡胶辊进行辊压,然后在送料辊道上进行快速冷却。该技术所用的设备主要有上料辊道、加热保温箱、辊压机、下料冷却辊道及配套的机械传动、气动装置及电气控制装置。经实际生产检验,这种工艺生产效率高,产品精度高,稳定性好,可代替传统层压机法生产光伏组件。Due to producing photovoltaic modules by traditional laminating machine is easy to produce quality defects and low production efficiency.In this paper a new technology of producing photovoltaic modules was proposed,the components were heated by steps,and directly transferred to the rubber roller press,and then cooled quickly on the feed roller.The equipments were mainly used in the photovoltaic modules include feed table,heat insulation,rolling machine,delivery roll table,mechanical transmission device,pneumatic device,electric control device etc.Through actual production inspection,this process is high efficiency,high precision and good stability,and produce photovoltaic modules instead of the traditional laminating machine.
