摘　　要：本文讨论了一种通过接近开关实现测量电机、减速机转速的设计方法和思路。根据接近开关单位时间内读取的脉冲信号计算出减速机输出端法兰的机械转速,能够实现快速、方便、准确检测电机减速机输出端法兰处的机械转速,以及法兰端输出到连接辊道(或机构)的线速度,为控制系统提供精确的数据参数。This paper discussed a design methods and ideas of measuring the rotational speed motor or reducer by proximity switch.According to read the pulse signals of proximity switch in unit time,the reducer outlet flange rotational speed is calculated,and the speed of motor or reducer was detected fast,convenient and accurate,so do the mechanism of connecting the flange end.The velocimeter provides accurate data parameter for control system.
