绿色轮胎用高分散白炭黑发展现状

摘　　要：随着"绿色轮胎"的快速发展,高分散白炭黑作为"绿色轮胎"的补强材料其市场潜力巨大,必将成为中国白炭黑市场的主流产品之一。介绍了罗地亚公司、赢创德固赛公司、PPG工业公司及J.M.Huber公司等国外大型白炭黑生产厂家高分散白炭黑的性能指标和发展现状,并介绍了中国"绿色轮胎"专用高分散白炭黑的研发现状、产品标准制定实施情况以及各生产厂家的产能,指出中国厂家生产的白炭黑与国外厂家生产的白炭黑相比,在稳定性和部分物理性能方面尚有差距。The highly-dispersed silica as reinforcing material of green tire has the huge market potential,because of the rapid development of green tire.It will become one of the mainstream products of white carbon market in China.The indexes,properties and development status of highly-dispersed silica from large producers abroad,such as Rhodia Inc.,Evonik Degussa,PPG Industries,and J.M.Huber Corporation etc.,were described.It also introduced the development status of highly-dispersed silica for domestic green tire,the formulation and implementation of product standards and the production capacity of manu-facturers.It was pointed out that there was still a gap between domestic manufacturers and foreign companies in terms of prod-uct stability and partial physical performance.
