摘 要:高纯铝比原铝有更好的导电性、延展性、光反射性和抗腐蚀性,在电子、航空、交通、能源、光学、化工、冶金及军工等工业和科技领域中备受青睐。主要介绍了目前国内外高纯铝精炼提纯的几种工艺方法,主要有直接净化法、电化学精炼法和偏析熔炼法,并对国内高纯铝的研究及生产现状进行了总结分析。High purity aluminum has better electrical conductivity,ductility,light reflectivity and corrosion resistance than those of primary aluminum,which is favored in the fields of electronics,aviation,transportation,energy,optics,chemical,metallurgy,military engineering and other high-tech technology.Several kinds of refining and purification process methods,such as direct purification method,electrochemical refining method and segregation melting method,of high purity aluminum in China and abroad were mainly introduced.The research status of domestic high purity aluminum was also summarized.
