摘 要:四价铈去污工艺是利用铈盐对污染金属进行去污的良好方法,四价铈再生技术可实现废液的循环利用,减少二次废液的产生,并降低成本。对国内外四价铈臭氧再生和电化学再生两种技术进行了调研,对其装置、工艺等方面进行了研究,并通过对两种再生工艺进行对比分析了两种技术各自的优缺点。提出了两种技术的应用前景,旨在为四价铈去污工艺的进一步发展奠定基础。Cerium with valence 4 decontamination technology is a good method for decontamination of polluted metals by ceric salt.The recycling of waste liquid can be realized by regeneration technology of cerium with valence 4,and the secondary waste liquid and cost are both reduced.Ozone regeneration technology and electrochemical regeneration technology in China and abroad were investigated.The devices and process of the two technologies were also studied.Through the comparison of two kinds of regeneration process,the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies were analyzed,respectively.The application prospects of the two technologies were proposed,aiming to lay the foundation for further development of cerium decontamination technology.
