摘  要:目的为了解泰安市居民食管癌死亡特点,进行了描述流行病学研究,分析泰安市居民食管癌死亡的地区分布特征。方法利用泰安市2012—2015年食管癌死亡数据,从时间、地区两方面分析泰安市食管癌死亡率及其变化。结果泰山区、岱岳区和新泰市属于食管癌低发区,死亡率低于25/10万,低发区的所有乡镇中,只有汶南镇(54.35/10万)食管癌死亡率超过50/10万;肥城市、宁阳县和东平县属于食管癌高发区,三县死亡率均在55/10万以上,最高的鹤山乡食管癌死亡率高达160.94/10万。泰安市食管癌呈现明显的区域性高发,高低发区之前存在明显的梯度关系。结论泰安市食管癌死亡率在山东省仍处于较高水平,分布成明显的片状高发,自东向西,随地势下降,死亡率明显上升。Objective:In order to understand the mortality of esophageal cancer in Tai'an,descriptive epidemiological study,analysis of regional distribution of esophageal cancer deaths in Tai'an.Methods:Using the data of esophageal cancer mortality in Tai'an during 2012-2015,analysis of esophageal cancer mortality in Tai'an from two aspects of time and region.Results:Taishan District,Daiyue district and Xintai belong to the low incidence area of esophageal cancer,Mortality rate of 25/10 million,all towns of low incidence,Only Timor town(54.35/10 million)esophageal cancer mortality rate of more than 50/10 million,Feicheng,Ningyang and Dongping belong to the high incidence area of esophageal cancer,three counties were more than 55/10 million deaths,the highest incidence of esophageal cancer in Crane Township up to 160.94/10 million.High incidence of esophageal cancer in Tai'an,there is an obvious gradient relationship between the high and low incidence areas.Conclusions:The mortality rate of esophageal cancer in Tai'an is still at a high level in Shandong Province,the distribution was obviously high,from east to west,with the decline of the terrain,the mortality rate increased obviously.
